From the kitchen window, you can see all of Anchorage, the ocean, the Matanuska River, and several mountains, including the Sleeping Lady, and all of that, from this lower unit apartment. It is located up the mountain, which means you may need 4 wheel drive, if it is icy in the winter. The unit itself has one bedroom, with a king size bed. There is cable with 2 flat screen TV's, and WiFi. The living room is comfortable, with two recliners and a sofa. We have a queen size blow up, a twin bed, and a portable crib in storage for our guests to use if necessary. The blinds are "black out" blinds that can be dropped from the top for privacy, while allowing light or they can be lifted completely for enjoyment of the magnificent view. The large gourmet kitchen is fully fitted with dishes and stocked with some simple things like spice, olive oil, and condiments. The bathroom has a relaxing double ended claw foot tub, (two people can sit in the tub together) as well as, a separate shower. The entire unit is furnished with beautiful Native Alaskan and Native American art and brings a sense of relaxation and serenity. It is a wonderful place for romance, as well.

My home is a two story home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths equipped with most of your needs. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer with laundry detergent, bathrooms stocked with fluffy towels and shampoo/conditioner/soaps. We partially remodeled the home and added new appliances two years ago. We completely clean the home between renters, including sofa pillows/blankets/hamper liner and pillow protectors/cases (both). We also wash the inner and outer shower curtains between renters for cleanliness. Television in master bedroom as well as the living room.
